AB Traction published on March 9th, 2009 a press release with information that the company had decided, in accordance with the take over legislation, to issue a public offer to the shareholders in Nilörngruppen AB. The current rules of the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB state that a listed company will be placed on the observation segment if the company is subject to a public offer or if a bidder has disclosed its intention to raise such a bid in respect of the company.
With reference to what is stated above the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Nilörngruppen AB (ISIN code SE0000418402 and order book ID 922) will be placed on the observation segment.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Tuesday, March 10th 2009.
