Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. Successfully Completes Remediation of Underground Storage Tank in Oreland, PA

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - March 19, 2009) - Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. (PLANET)
(PINKSHEETS : PRRY ), developer, manufacturer and marketer of the
PetroLuxus™ family of green technology products, is pleased to announce
the successful remediation completion of a buried railcar tanker in
Oreland, PA, that was filled with toxic sludge.
Securing this project was very important to Planet Resource since it was
being conducted by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region III
and funded with Superfund Cleanup monies for remediation. In a joint
effort with general contractor, WRS Compass, an environmental remediation
company and New Jersey Engineering firm, E2PM, Planet Resource Recovery
provided a special blend of PetroLuxus™ and supervision for the project.
WRS Compass has been remediating contaminated soil sites for the EPA for
the past twenty five years. Based on their experience they estimated job
duration to take 4-6 weeks. The inclusion of PetroLuxus™ into the
remediation project expedited the scope of work resulting in a completion
of toxic sludge removal in six days.
Planet is currently awaiting follow-up reports from WRS Compass, E2PM and
the EPA. Additional information will be released as made available.
