CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - April 1, 2009) - The Chicago Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) announced today that its 2009 Spring Conference entitled, "Leading the Finance Organization: Challenges and Opportunities for Today's CFO," will be held on Thursday, April 16 at Chicago's Standard Club. The conference, catered to senior financial executives, will focus on presentations from Accenture, IBM Global Business Services and Tatum.
The conference kicks off on Thursday, April 16 at 7:30 a.m. with a registration and breakfast, followed by presentations from:
-- Speaker: Steve Rogers, IBM Global Business Services' Global Lead for the Financial Management domain within the IBM Institute for Business Value, and Spencer Lin, IBM's Associate Partner in Global Business Services. -- Presentation: "The Journey to the Integrated Finance Organization" -- Time: 8:30-9:15 a.m. -- Speaker: Paul Jeruchimowitz, Senior Manager in Accenture's Finance & Performance Management New York service line. -- Presentation: "Achieving High Performance in the Finance Organization" -- Time: 9:15-10 a.m. -- Speaker: Cynthia Jamison, National Managing Director of the Restructuring Practice for Tatum. -- Presentation: "Meeting the demands of the expanded CFO role" -- Time: 10:30-11:15 a.m.
FEI Vice President of Research and Operations, Cheryl de Mesa Graziano, will lead an open panel discussion with presentation speakers, followed by a Q&A with attendees.
