Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Release 3 April 2009 at 9.00 a.m. New General Directors have been appointed for Oriola-KD's pharmaceutical retail and wholesale companies in Russia. Mr. Henrijs Fogels (born 1963) has been appointed General Director of the pharmaceutical retail company OOO Vitim & Co and Mr. Vladimir Kniazev (born 1965) has been appointed General Director of the pharmaceutical wholesale company OOO Moron. Igor and Oleg Yankov will leave their General Director positions and they will continue as Board members of Vitim and Moron. Henrijs Fogels has previously held the positions of CEO of Rigas Piena Kombinats, JSC Riga Dairy and CEO of Aldaris Baltic Beverages Holding.
