On April 6, 2009 A-Selver AS, daughter company of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, concluded a lease agreement with a real estate developer Rannarootsi Ärikeskus OÜ for operating a new supermarket in shopping center constructed in Läänemaa, Uuemõisa.
