Lawson Software Inc. has applied for delisting from the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. This application has as announced today been approved and the last day of trading in the company’s shares is May 29th, 2009. The shares are then going to be traded on First North from June 1st, 2009. The current rules of the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm state that a listed company shall be placed on the observation segment if the company applies for delisting.
With reference to what is stated above the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Lawson Software Inc. (ISIN code US52078P1021, order book ID 34458 and short name LWSN) will be placed on the observation segment.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Monday, April 27th 2009.
