Hereby we inform that on 30th of April 2009 the general meeting of closed-end
fund “Finasta Fund Gamma” (hereinafter - Fund) investors has made a decision
regarding changes in fund prospectus.
Amendments will become effective as on 15th of June 2009 and mainly affects the
Fund investment policy and investment restrictions.
Due to changes in Fund prospectus the management board of “Invalda Asset
Management Latvia” on 30th of April 2009 also authorized the amendments of Fund
bylaws which will become effective as on 15th of June 2009.
