Decision of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius board (as of 18-05-2009, Minutes No.87)

To remove the following financial instruments from the Main List and to list
them on the Secondary List on 01-06-2009: 
Snaige ORS (LT0000109274  SNG1L)    
Section 18.1.8 of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius rules (discontinuance of the listing
of the financial instruments in the Main List is requested by a body authorised
by the issuer of the financial instruments).
