today announced that it will conduct its Annual Stockholders Meeting on
Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at 9:30 A.M. CT at the Wyndham Drake Oak Brook,
Oak Brook, Illinois. After conducting the business described in the 2009
Proxy Statement, First Midwest's management will make a brief presentation.
Stockholders and interested investors may access the live, listen-only
