CORRECTION: Announcement on changes in the Management board of AS "Latvijas balzams"

Correction: information about shares in possession of Valery Parshikov added

On May 18, 2009 the Supervisory Board of AS “Latvijas balzams” (the Supervisory
Board of AS “Latvijas balzams” was elected in Annual General Meeting on April
29, 2009) repeatedly elected Mr. Alexander Kovalev in the position of the
Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mr. Vitolds Kokars in the position of the
Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board. 
The Supervisory Board released Mr. Egils Dzerelis from the position of the
Member of the Management Board according to his application and elected Mr.
Valery Parshikov in the position of the Member of the Management Board. On the
next 3-year term, the Supervisory Board repeatedly elected Mr. Sergejs
Ļimarenko in the position of the Member of the Management Board.
There are no AS "Latvijas balzams" shares in possession of Valery Parshikov.
