PLEASANTON, CA--(Marketwire - May 21, 2009) - Trainer Communications, the premier provider
of integrated marketing and high tech
public relations services that create global market leaders, today
announced its selection as the "Best Boutique PR Agency to Work For" in the
annual national survey conducted by The Holmes Report, a top PR industry
publication. Commemorating the honor, which Trainer also earned in 2004,
Trainer received the gold SABRE award on stage before several hundred
gathered at the annual SABRE Awards gala dinner in New York City on May 12.
This annual award recognizes public relations agencies that realize great
people make a great agency, and create an atmosphere to attract and retain
top talent. More than 5,000 public relations professionals from more than
100 agencies participated in the survey, evaluating their agencies on
criteria such as empowerment, culture and professional development. The
"Best Boutique Agency to Work For" award is one of five awarded by The
Holmes Report, which employs a unique methodology that weighs the responses
based on agency size. The other awards are for the Best Small Agency, Best
Midsize Agency, Best Large Agency, and the overall Best Agency to Work For.
While many factors were considered in the selection of Trainer in this
national survey, the most telling came from the employees themselves. One
Trainer employee hails, "The entrepreneurial spirit that is encouraged and
supported from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone at Trainer has a
voice and is encouraged to speak that voice to anyone at the agency from
the CEO on down. We refuse to stand pat and are always pushing ourselves to
innovate, to think differently, and to do whatever it takes to help our
clients achieve their business objectives."
"Once again, we are thrilled and honored to be recognized as one of the
best public relations agencies to work for in the country," said Susan
Trainer, president of Trainer Communications. "While we regularly receive
accolades from our clients for the top-notch service we provide, it is
personally meaningful that the Trainer team can flourish in the working
environment we have created together. We take great pride in our unique
culture that begins with matching the best talent to the right job and
encouraging everyone to be creative, think differently, and together as a
team, achieve greatness."
