Patersons HR and Payroll Solutions Names Fonda S. Gestwicki as Eastern U.S. Sales Director

RALEIGH, NC and SALISBURY, UK--(Marketwire - May 21, 2009) - Patersons HR and Payroll
Solutions, a leading global HR and payroll software and services business
delivering expert solutions to clients in more than 160 countries, today
announced that Fonda S. Gestwicki has joined the company as sales director
for the eastern U.S. region. In this capacity, her primary responsibility
will be generating new business sales for the rapidly growing global
payroll provider. Reporting to Pat
Goepel, Patersons' Group Chief Operating Officer, she will also be
instrumental in handling alliances and developing strategic partnerships.
Gestwicki is a veteran sales and business development executive in the
payroll and business process outsourcing field, with an accomplished sales
track record. She joins Patersons from business process outsourcing
solutions provider Aditya Birla Minacs, where she directed new business
development in the practice areas of Business Process Outsourcing,
Knowledge Process Outsourcing and Customer Relationship Management
services.
Before that, Gestwicki was Vice President, Customer Relations with Ceridian
Employer Services, HRO. Earlier in her career at Ceridian, she was the
Denver District Vice President, Sales and Services, where she was
responsible for $13 million in annual revenue and over $3 million in annual
sales in a territory spanning several western states. Prior to that,
Gestwicki held Ceridian sales positions of increasing responsibility.
