Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On May 26, 2009, Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc, London, U.K.
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on UMS United Medical Systems International AG,
Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005493654, WKN: 549365, have fallen below
the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on June 12, 2002  and now amount to 4.50%
(this corresponds to 260,889 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.50% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 260,889 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc.

In addition, Henderson Group plc, London, U.K. has informed us on May 26,
2009, according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on UMS United Medical Systems International AG, Hamburg,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005493654, WKN: 549365, have fallen below the 5%
limit of the Voting Rights on June 12, 2002  and now amount to 4.50% (this
corresponds to 260,889 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.50% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 260,889 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Henderson Group plc.

Further both Henderson Global Investors (Holdings) Plc and Henderson Group
plc have informed us they hold 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights)
since November 15, 2004.
