| Source: AQS
HARTLAND, WI--(Marketwire - May 27, 2009) - AQS, Inc., a provider of policy administration
systems for property/casualty insurance, today announced that GuideOne
Insurance has licensed one of AQS's policy administration systems -- AQS
Access.
GuideOne is one of the largest insurers of churches, private schools and
colleges, and senior living communities in the country.
"We're especially happy to have been selected by GuideOne because they are
a long-time client with our legacy product," said Dave Kerford, AQS's CEO.
"They selected us because they knew we could deliver the flexibility and
self-sufficiency they wanted, along with the ISO-based rating system. They
also knew we already had the fundamental understanding of their business
that they needed from their vendor."
AQS Access is a policy administration system with complete rate-quote,
underwriting, and policy-management capabilities for all property/casualty
lines -- including self-service options for product configuration. It
integrates ISO Rating Service® and packages ISO's loss costs, rules, and
policy forms information.
"What we found attractive about AQS was that they had a proven policy
administration system in Access, and that it comes fully integrated with
ISO loss costs," said Tom Fischer, Senior Vice President and CIO at
GuideOne. "The system has the tools to give us the control we want. And,
the AQS team understood our business coming in."
