TRANSCOM ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF ROBERT FEIJ AS ACTING CHIEF FINANCIAL
OFFICER

Transcom WorldWide S.A., the global outsourced services company, today announces
that Ben Gujral, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will leave the Company as of 7
July 2009 and will be replaced by Robert Feij, who has been appointed as Acting
Chief Financial Officer.  The Company has begun the process of searching for a
permanent CFO.

Robert Feij brings a wide range of experience to Transcom, having held CFO roles
with global publicly listed organisations such as Group Aoste, Leica, Stryker
Corporation and Bobste Group, over the past twelve years.

Ben Gujral, Transcom's CFO for the last two years, has taken a leave of absence
and will leave the Company on 7 July 2009. 

Pablo Sanchez-Lozano, CEO of Transcom, commented: "I am pleased to welcome
Robert to the team; his past experience as a CFO at a number of multinational
organisations will be valuable in his role as Acting CFO of Transcom.  I would
