Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this Notice on behalf of Food International Limited ("Food").
Food sold 839,176 shares in Thinfilm on 27 May 2009 at Oslo Axess at the prevailing market rates on the day.
Following the sale, Food holds 765,361 shares corresponding to 3.49 per cent of the share capital and votes in Thinfilm.
Food also holds 8,950,185 subscription rights to shares in Thinfilm as resolved by the company's Annual General Meeting on 6 May 2009.
Thin Film Electronics ASA
