Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this Notice on behalf of Simpson Financial Limited ("SFL").
SFL sold 300,000 shares in Thinfilm on 28 May 2009 at Oslo Axess at the prevailing market rates on the day.
Following the sale, SFL holds 1,896,622 shares corresponding to 8.65 per cent of the share capital and votes in Thinfilm.
SFL also holds 12,953,110 subscription rights to shares in Thinfilm as resolved by the company's Annual General Meeting on 6 May 2009.
