Kungsleden's comment on Supreme Administrative Court tax rulings

Kungsleden's comment on Supreme Administrative Court tax rulings

On 29 May, the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court announced three advance
rulings that appear to significantly change current case law from the
Administrative Court of Appeal, the Council for Advance Tax Rulings and the
Supreme Administrative Court. Kungsleden was not party to any of the rulings,
but is currently analyzing them with external experts, and their potential
consequences for Kungsleden's tax position.
