Colonia Real Estate AG: Chairman of Supervisory Board resigns from his
position due to personal reasons
Cologne, June 3, 2009 - Today Professor Klaus B. Steiger (60), chairman of
the Supervisory Board of Colonia Real Estate AG (ISIN DE0006338007)
resigned from his position due to personal reasons and will leave the
Supervisory Board with effect of June 18, 2009. Since August 24, 2004 he
was chairman of the Supervisory Board, prior being a member of the
Supervisory Board of the former Küppersbusch AG.
Until the regular new elections for the whole Supervisory Board at the next
annual general meeting July 8, 2009, the Management Board of Colonia Real
Estate AG will proceed for a judicial appointment of an interim chairman
according to mandatory German law.
