eGames Counts Dynamite Entertainment in Dracula Files Promotion

Comic Publisher of The Complete Dracula Supports Vampire Adventure Game Campaign

LANGHORNE, Pa., July 15, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Casual games publisher and developer eGames, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EGAM) announced a promotional campaign today with comic book publisher Dynamite Entertainment, a division of Dynamic Forces, Inc., to help promote The Dracula Files, a vampire-themed hidden object adventure game scheduled for release this fall. As part of the promotion, Dynamite will supply eGames with copies of The Complete Dracula, a five-issue series which for the first time ever, faithfully tells the story of Bram Stoker's Dracula novel in its entirety in comic book form.

"Since Bram Stoker first introduced the character in 1897, the dark count has appeared in well over 400 books and movies," said eGames Product Manager Greg Zesinger. "We believe The Dracula Files will prove the logical next evolution of this timeless theme with today's casual gaming audience."

eGames continues to grow awareness for The Dracula Files through its ongoing developer blog on Gamezebo.com, Twitter account at www.twitter.com/draculafiles and Facebook page. In conjunction with the game's social media marketing campaign, eGames plans to award copies of The Complete Dracula to casual game fans via an upcoming promotion.

"We are thrilled to team up with Dynamite Entertainment to build interest in The Dracula Files," said Zesinger. "As casual game fans prepare to stand with a new generation of vampire hunters against the evil lord of the undead, Dynamite's faithful interpretation of the Dracula story illustrates the origin of the conflict between Count Dracula, the Harker and Van Helsing families. "

Written by John Reppion and Leah Moore, The Complete Dracula retells the tale of the villainous count through five fully-painted issues courtesy of artist Colton Worley. With covers created by modern master John Cassaday and a seamless incorporation of Stoker's short story "Dracula's Guest" into the miniseries, The Complete Dracula provides new insight into the vampire legend. A graphic novel compilation of the five-issue set is scheduled for this fall.

"We are excited to introduce The Complete Dracula to the casual game audience and help expose The Dracula Files to our customer base," said Dynamite Entertainment President Nick Barrucci. "Through our combined efforts, we aim to strengthen overall awareness of both titles, and feed a market that hungers for quality vampire-themed entertainment."
