ENGLEWOOD, CO--(Marketwire - September 29, 2009) - Evolving Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ : EVOL ), a
leading provider of software solutions and services to the wireless,
wireline and cable markets, today announced a Southeast African wireless
operator has selected the Company's Tertio™ service activation solution
to support its business growth strategy.
The operator's activation system is becoming increasingly inflexible and

Evolving Systems. "As a direct result of our focus on emerging markets, we
have been very successful winning business in Africa, and this new name
represents our 10th customer."
