On October 13, 2009 , Stichting Pensioenfonds Metaal en Techniek, Rijswik,
Niederlande, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005545503, WKN: 554550, have fallen below the 5% limit of the
Voting Rights on October 12, 2009  and on that day amounted to 4,75% (this
corresponds to 2529791 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1,95% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1039774 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG .
