CHANGE OF MARKET SEGMENT

 
Munich (Germany), 19.10.2009 - net AG (ISIN DE000A0Z22E3) announces that
the management of the Bavarian Stock Exchange has given its approval to the
change in the trading modus of the company's shares from the regulated
market on the Munich stock exchange to the M:access market segment within
the free trading area of the Munich stock exchange.

The repeal of accreditation of the company's shares to the regulated market
will be in effect as of Nov. 13th 2009. The shares will be listed in the
M:access segment within the free trading area of the Munich stock exchange
form Nov. 16th 2009. The net AG shares will remain to be traded under the
Xetra system as well as in floor trading.
