official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 22 October 2009. As at the same

(subscription rights).

for 3 new shares per 7 existing shares. Subscription period: 27 October - 9
November 2009 at 5 pm (Danish time).
Please note:
Subscription of new shares will take place in a temporary ISIN (DK0060192771)
which will not be admitted to trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX
Copenhagen. The new shares will be traded in the existing ISIN code DK0010224666
after the registration of the new shares with the Danish Commerce and Companies
Agency. The changes are expected to be implemented on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen 13
November 2009.
