Investment GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany, in Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt,
Germany, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, WKN: A0HN5C, have exceeded the threshold of 3%
on October 14, 2009 and as of such date amounted to 3.70% (this corresponds
to 3,031,619 voting rights).
