On October 26, 2009 , SGG S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006205701, WKN:
620570, have fallen below the 20% limit of the Voting Rights on October 22,
2009  and on that day amounted to 18,41% (this corresponds to 23200001
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 18,41%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 23200001 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Solidas 3 via Solidas 2  .
