About the Author

Phil Girard belonged to a not-so-wealthy family during the fifties and sixties. He was one of four siblings whose parents worked several jobs to raise them. However, he was always the joker type of child, finding the funny element in every sad situation -- a trait he carried until adulthood. At the age of twenty-nine, he drove a taxi for five years, saved his money, and set his sights on becoming a tattoo artist. After meeting and befriending one of the most famous tattoo artists in the world named Spider Webb, he became an award winning world traveling tattoo artist, and quite the showman.
