October 23, 2009, its Voting Rights with respect to Siemens
Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin and Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0007236101, WKN:
723610, fell below the 3% Voting Rights threshold via shares and that it
held on that date an amount equal to 2.99% (this corresponds to 27,352,349
Voting Rights).
