Coastal Contacts to be Listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 2, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Coastal Contacts Inc. (TSX:COA), the leading online retailer of contact lenses and prescription eyeglasses, announced today that it has fulfilled all the requirements necessary for a listing on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.

Coastal Contacts' common shares will commence trading on the Small Cap list on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm on or about Monday, November 9, 2009, under the trading symbol COA. The Company's common shares will continue to be traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange, Canada's senior exchange, under the symbol COA.
