Munich (Germany), 10.11.2009 - net AG (ISIN DE000A0Z22E3) has decided to
reduce the goodwill by an amount of around 1.3 Mio Euro, due to the
continuing weakness of demand in the retail business. This reduction of
goodwill will be put into practice within the account as per 30.09.2009.
