On December 16, 2009, Dr. Cornelius Patt, Great Britain, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on zooplus AG, Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0005111702, WKN: 511170,
have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on December 14, 2009 and
on that day amounted to 6,04% (this corresponds to 154720 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3,30% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 84530 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Dr. Patt.
