ICP Solar Signs Licensing Agreement With Opti Solar


MONTREAL, Dec. 31, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ICP Solar Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:ICPR) (Frankfurt:K1U), a developer and marketer of innovative, proprietary solar panels and products, announced that it has signed a licensing agreement with Opti Solar Technologies Inc. for the use of its proprietary amorphous silicon solar PV manufacturing technology. With this licensing agreement in place, ICP expects to be able to enhance the manufacturing process for some of its products by allowing its manufacturing partners to access the technology.
