For Two Days of Deals in January, Guests Dine Out at Prices That Haven't Been Seen in Decades

PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwire - January 4, 2010) - Spaghetti savings days are back by popular
demand. In celebration of The Old Spaghetti Factory's 41st anniversary, the
restaurant will roll back prices to give guests 41 percent off of Pasta
Classic entrées nationwide on Jan. 12 and 13. That means a complete pasta
meal at The Old Spaghetti Factory restaurants nationwide will cost about
$5.
This discounted price is available for lunch and dinner during these two
days only. The anniversary special includes a complete meal, with a salad,
fresh bread, entrée, beverage and dessert. The Old Spaghetti Factory's
award-winning kids' meals will cost about $3.
The special anniversary menu includes Spaghetti with Tomato, Meat, Mushroom
or Clam Sauce; the signature Spaghetti with Mizithra Cheese; Manager's
Favorite; Pot Pourri sampler; Sicilian Meatballs, and Italian Sausage
entrees -- all for about $4.71 to $6.48 per person. There will be a
children's spaghetti dinner as well, for around $2.94.
"For our anniversary celebration last year, nearly 41,000 guests came out
in one day and ate about 23,000 pounds of cooked spaghetti at rollback
prices," said Chris Dussin, president of The Old Spaghetti Factory. "Since
then, our guests have been requesting rollback prices, and we're happy to
be able to extend the discounts again this year as a thank-you to our loyal
guests for their continued support."
The Old Spaghetti Factory has 40 locations throughout the country. Special
anniversary prices are offered only for dine-in guests. Anniversary pricing
is not available on to-go orders. One order per guest. Advance reservations
