(NYSE:ENH), a Bermuda-based specialty provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, today announced the appointment of Kimberly Morgan as Practice Leader for Endurance’s Bermuda Healthcare practice. Ms. Morgan, a Senior Vice President, has almost 20 years of industry experience including seven years as an underwriter with Endurance. In this expanded role, she will be responsible for managing the Bermuda Healthcare practice, which specializes in providing third party excess liability coverage for large integrated healthcare delivery systems with sophisticated risk management programs. The Healthcare practice is a key component of Endurance Risk Solutions, the company’s retail casualty business, along with Excess Casualty and Professional Liability practices.

Ms. Morgan, a native Bermudian, held positions with specialty brokers J&H Intermediaries and Marsh & McLennan Global Broking from 1990 through 1999 in Bermuda, when she assumed the role of Vice President and Healthcare Broker at Marsh, working first in the U.S. and then in their London office. Ms. Morgan joined Endurance’s Bermuda Healthcare insurance practice in January 2003. She is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and served as President of BSHRM, the Bermuda Society for Healthcare Risk Management from January 2007 to January 2009.
