Mr. Rigby was recently elected by the Bank's member institutions in Texas to fill a two-year term that will expire on December 31, 2011. Mr. Rigby currently serves as Market President for Liberty Bank in North Richland Hills, Texas. He has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Liberty Bank, he served as Executive Vice President and Director of First National Bank of Weatherford from 1980 to 1998.

Mr. Rigby obtained his B.B.A. from Texas Tech University. He resides in North Richland Hills with his wife, Sunnye.
