Stacy L. Merrell Named as LIGATT Security New President and Opens Office in Washington, DC

ATLANTA, Jan. 25, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LIGATT Security International (Pink Sheets:LGTT), a cyber security company, today announced they will be opening a new office in Washington, D.C. this March and named Stacy L. Merrell President of LIGATT Security International. This strategic location and the addition of Merrell, who's created proposals and business strategies for both local and national programs, will allow LSI to better focus on building their government clientele.

Merrell worked for Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. for 11 years. During her tenure at Bell, Merrell led several projects with budgets exceeding $50 million and supervised hundreds of employees. She also held Top Security Clearance with the government. Following her employment at Bell, Merrell started her own consulting firm, M.I.H. (Make It Happen) Management and Consulting, in 2009. She has used her corporate background to create strategy plans for high profile clients, start-up non-profit organizations and national programs.
