D.R. Horton, Inc., America's Builder, to Fully Redeem Its 5.875% Senior Notes Due 2013


FORT WORTH, Texas, Jan. 25, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE:DHI), America's Builder, today announced that it is calling all of its 5.875% Senior Notes due July 1, 2013 for full redemption on February 24, 2010 in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the notes. The 5.875% Senior Notes will be redeemed at a redemption price of $1,019.58 per $1,000 principal amount of the Notes, which will result in an aggregate redemption price of approximately $96.86 million, together with accrued and unpaid semi-annual interest of $8.649 per $1,000 principal amount of the Notes (approximately $821,684 in the aggregate), to be paid on February 24, 2010. Holders of record of the notes will receive by mail a Notice of Full Redemption setting forth the redemption procedures.
