The following information is based on a press release from Scanfil plc
(Scanfil) dated February 15, 2010 and may be subject to change.
The board of Scanfil will propose that the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
approves an extra dividend of EUR 0.04. The scheduled date for the AGM is April
8, 2010. The Ex-date is April 9, 2010. Provided that the AGM approves the
proposal, NASDAQ OMX will carry out a re-calculation of options and forwards in
Scanfil.
