Termination of membership on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm

The membership of Capinordic Bank A/S of the Copenhagen and Stockholm equity
markets as well as the Copenhagen fixed income market is terminated because the
conditions for membership can no longer be satisfied. 

Termination will take effect immediately.

Capinordic Bank A/S's trading rights have been suspended since February 10,
2010.
