Alliance Oil changes reporting date and schedules conference call to review 2009 results

Alliance Oil Company Ltd changes the reporting date and will publish the report
for the financial year and fourth quarter 2009 on Monday February 22, 2010, in
the morning. 

The company has scheduled a conference call at 10.00 CET on Monday February 22.
The conference call will be hosted by Arsen Idrisov, CEO and Angelika Adieva,
CFO who will present the report and recent developments.
