Deutsche Steinzeug Cremer & Breuer AG / Sale of DIY sales organization and
Meissen plant to Magellan Group
The company agreed on March 9, 2010 with the company owned by investor, who
controls, amongst others, Cersanit S.A. - a producer of ceramic covering
materials so far mainly concentrated on the markets in Eastern and Central
Europe - on the sale of its DIY sales channel. This comprises Meissen
Keramik Vertriebs GmbH, registered in Dortmund, as well as the Meissen
plant of the company. The transaction is inter alia still to be approved by
German Federal Cartel Office; the contract is intended to be consummated
still in March 2010.
