The following information is based on a press release from Axis Communications
(Axis) dated March 12, 2010 and may be subject to change.
The board of Axis will propose that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) approves a
special dividend of SEK 2.75. The scheduled date for the AGM is April 21, 2010.
The scheduled Ex-date is April 22, 2010. Provided that the AGM approves the
proposal, NASDAQ OMX will carry out a re-calculation of options and forwards in
Axis.
