Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Boliden AB

The shareholders of Boliden AB (publ) are summoned to the Annual General Meeting
to be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 2 p.m. (CET). The Annual General
Meeting will be held in ”Fokets Hus” in Garpenberg by the Garpenberg mine,
approx. 15 km from Hedemora, Sweden. Registration of shareholders will start at
1 p.m. (CET).
