At its meeting on the 25th of March 2010, the Board of Directors of SalMar ASA approved the final accounts for 2009. Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 2,20 per share (103 000 000 shares), are in accordance with preliminary figures published on February 24th 2010.
In accordance with the financial calendar the shareholder`s meeting is scheduled to Wednesday June 2nd at Frøya. A summoning and annual report will be sent all shareholders and published through Oslo Børs and www.salmar.no.
