Admission to trading of EnQuest plc on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB (61/10)

On request of EnQuest plc, company registration number 7140891, NASDAQ OMX
Stockholm AB has admitted the company's shares to trading on NASDAQ OMX
Stockholm, with effect from April 6th, 2010. The decision is conditional upon
that EnQuest plc can meet the requirements regarding liquidity. During the
period between April 6th and April 8th, 2010 the trading in the shares of
EnQuest plc is conditioned of certain events, see below. The shares will during
this period be traded under the heading “When-issued”. 

Quotation of share capital at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm is 228 115 572.84 SEK
equivalent to

Trading on a ”when-issued basis”
Provided that EnQuest plc will be primary listed on the London Stock Exchange
on April 6, 2010, trading on a when issued basis will commence the same day on
NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. According to EnQuest plc's prospectus, page 168, the
trading in the shares of Enquest plc will commence before all conditions of the
offering are fulfilled. The trading between April 6th and April 8th 2010 will
therefore be conditioned of the admission to trading on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
All dealings during this period will be at the sole risk of the parties
concerned. If the offering is cancelled, no shares will be distributed.
