The investigation was carried out in 46 target areas with geophysical anomalies. The analysis of the extracted field samples turned out to be consistently positive with regard to their gold proportion. The proportion of 'AU' (gold) was above 2 gram per ton of stone for all of the field samples. This exceeded the company's expectations which were based on preliminary investigations. In one of the 46 target areas the gold proportion was above 12 gram per ton of stone. Due to the promising results, the management of Westafrica Mineral Mining Ltd. has decided to speed up the work process. On the basis of recommendations to that effect from geologists, the company will now immediately begin a drilling program in accordance with international standards.
