The laboratory results from the stone and field samples from the first
exploratory phase are now available to Westafrica Mineral Mining Ltd., a
100 percent subsidiary company of West Africa Mining Holding AG, from their
gold exploration in Guinea-Bissau.

The investigation was carried out in 46 target areas with geophysical
anomalies. The analysis of the extracted field samples turned out to be
consistently positive with regard to their gold proportion. The proportion
of 'AU' (gold) was above 2 gram per ton of stone for all of the field
samples. This exceeded the company's expectations which were based on
preliminary investigations. In one of the 46 target areas the gold
proportion was above 12 gram per ton of stone.

The complete analysis report is published on the webpage of Westafrica
Mineral Mining Ltd., as well as by the Ministry of Energy, Industry and
Natural Resources of Guinea-Bissau which gave the necessary approval.

Due to the promising results, the management of Westafrica Mineral Mining
Ltd. has decided to speed up the work process. On the basis of
recommendations to that effect from geologists, the company will now
immediately begin a drilling program in accordance with international
standards.

Westafrica Mineral Mining Ltd. has hired the consulting firm M-Consult from
Mali for the implementation of the gold exploration. The firm is managed by
the renowned geologist Dr. Madani Diallo. For the analysis of the stone
samples, M-Consult, in close cooperation with the Ministry of Energy,
Industry and Natural Resources of Guinea-Bissau, has commissioned the SGS
in Kayes, Mali. The analyses were conducted in a geochemical laboratory of
the SGS subsidiary in Bamako. With over 1000 subsidiaries and laboratory
facilities worldwide, SGS is a market leader for carrying out independent
geochemical analyses from field and stone samples.
