Panostaja Oyj Stock Exchange Bulletin, 9th April 2010, 12:30 PANOSTAJA REARRANGES IT'S ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNLOGY BUSINESS AREA - ECOSIR GROUP FOCUSES ON WASTE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS FOR AREA- AND COMMUNITY CONSTRUCTION Panostaja Oyj's subsidiary, environmental technology company Ecosir Group focuses on demanding solutions for community waste management. As a part of the strategic focusing the rights and production of the Company's light and medium size products are sold to the companies owned by Harri Salomaa. In the deal Ecosir Group sells it's business area offering waste compactors, deep collection containers and light bins and focuses on underground waste compactor systems, underground waste stations and waste pipe and vacuum systems. Salomaa has been a Sales Director and minority shareholder of Ecosir Group. After the deal Salomaa remains a shareholder of Ecosir Group and a significant partner. The deal means a refocusing of Ecosir Grups' operations to better meet the needs of large area- and community construction projects in Finland and abroad and a significant reduction in the Company's cost structure. In the deal, 25 of the Company's employees are transferred to Harri Salomaa's companies as old employees. According to the deal signed today, the change of ownership in the businesses concerned will be closed in 3rd May, 2010.
