NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., April 30, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On April 28, 2010 TEAM Nation Holdings Corporation ("TEAM") (OTCBB:TEMN) accepted the resignation of Mr. Raymond Arias, the division president of TEAM Lender Solutions. TEAM supports Mr. Arias' choice to focus on development of Southern California title business and is interviewing candidates suited to lead its national lender division. Mr. Dennis Duffy, TEAM's CEO, will act as interim president of TEAM Lender Solutions until the replacement candidate is chosen.
Mr. Duffy stated: "The departure of Mr. Arias, while regrettable, gives TEAM an opportunity to recruit a division leader with specific national lender experience. The change will be a positive one for the company as it expands its licenses and enters new markets."
