The UCITS fund Nordea Invest Special - liquidation and deletion of two sub-funds

On general meetings in the UCITS fund Nordea Invest Special it was adopted to
close down the sub-funds Nordea Invest Special Private Banking Global Fokus and
Nordea Invest Special Formuefor-valtning Aktier. 

The sub-funds will be deleted from the trading on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per
2 September 2010. Thus, the last day of trading the shares issued by the
sub-funds is 1 September 2010.
