Ethertronics Appoints Industry Visionary Martin Cooper to Its Board of Directors and Augments Management Team

Company Bolsters Management Depth as it Embarks on Its Next Stage of Growth

Cooper's experience includes: co-founder and chairman of GreatCall, founder and executive chairman of ArrayCom, co-founder of Cellular Business Systems and various positions during a 29 year career at Motorola.

To further augment Ethertronics management team, Barry Matsumori has been appointed chief marketing and strategy officer. Matsumori is responsible for overseeing the development of long term strategies as well as the development of new product lines. He most recently served as the vice president of wireless connectivity for Qualcomm CDMA Technologies and was responsible for product management, business development and marketing for all module products including Gobi™ and InGeo™. He was also responsible for the development of the M2M strategy and products for Qualcomm.
